7/14/2009 suggestion from MF: Once in a while, I am getting a query from a user that has been sent a file via collectionPoint stating that they are unable to get access to the file on the cP ftp site because the user name and password they have been sent is not working. If they are still within their access time limit, I suggest that they cut and paste the user name and password from the cP email to the appropriate sign-in box on the cP ftp site. Users have found this suggestion helps them gain access to the file.
6/24/2009 from cP support: The latest release of Firefox (3.0.11) is not fully integrating with the cP 2.0 interface. If you run into difficulty, please use the Explorer or Safari browser instead of Firefox.
We have upgraded your installation with the latest presentation layer.
You will notice the intuitive interface and enhanced features.
